Description

The Youth Ambassador Board (YAB) supports the Steve Fund’s mission to promote the mental health of college students of color by providing youth perspectives, offering feedback on programs, and serving as mental health advocates. YAB members engage in community outreach, represent the Steve Fund in various activities, and help build partnerships with colleges and youth organizations to address mental health disparities.

As a Youth Ambassador Board member, you will:

  • Be part of a community of emerging mental health advocates and leaders of color.
  • Contribute your insights and lived experiences to enhance the Steve Fund’s programs, services, and content.
  • Represent the Steve Fund in activities like panel discussions, media interviews, and content creation.
  • Act as a liaison between the Steve Fund, your college campus, and youth-focused organizations to build lasting partnerships.

Eligibility:

  • Must be at least 18 years old by September 30, 2025.
  • Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student enrolled at least part-time.
  • Community college and trade school students are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States.

This position meets both in person and online.
