This is an independent contractor on-site role for a Flexibility Coach at Stretch To You located in Woodbury, MN and surrounding metro area. The Flexibility Coach will be responsible for providing coaching sessions, developing personalized flexibility plans, conducting flexibility assessments, and guiding clients through stretching exercises. The role involves promoting flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness through tailored programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in flexibility training and coaching
• Knowledge of stretching techniques and exercises
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop personalized flexibility plans
• Understanding of anatomy and physiology related to flexibility
• Certification in personal training, yoga, or related field is a plus, ideally a student pursuing physical therapist profession
• Passion for promoting health and well-being
