At this event, you will have the opportunity to hear from accomplished women in healthcare. We will discuss topics like mental health, resiliency, and the power of sharing personal stories. Everyone can expect to leave with renewed confidence and inspiration from the speakers.

The WIM Conference aims to provide a safe and supportive space for speakers and participants to share their personal and vulnerable stories. It offers a chance for participants to connect with potential peers and mentors establishing long-term mentorships through shared experiences. The event also fosters a sense of community, friendship, and unity among participants.

By attending, participants will gain insights into overcoming challenges as women in healthcare and receive guidance on their own professional journey. Our goal is to uplift and encourage students to pursue their dreams with confidence.

This year, we’re excited to offer a hybrid approach, welcoming a select number of pre-health students from each region for in-person attendance, while providing unlimited access for students to join virtually via Zoom. We will continue accepting students for in-person spots until they are filled, so be sure to secure your spot early!
