POSITION SUMMARY: Democracy in Action Fellow - six months, January 2025 to June 2025, fellowship contract, 20 hours per week including non-traditional hours – weekends and evenings – are required. Working outside engaging the community. Working a minimum of one in-person day from the North Chicago office.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Fellow will work to increase civic engagement, promote, and facilitate voter registration in North Chicago and Waukegan. The fellow will work to increase voter registration and provide accurate information and resources related to voter registration. Host educational events to inform and engage the community about voter registration. Along with distributing fliers to raise awareness and encourage voter registration.
