LATINAFest is seeking for an experienced sponsor coordinator.

Sponsor coordinator is responsible for managing the entire sponsorship process, from identifying potential sponsors to executing sponsorship agreements, fulfilling deliverables,  keeping in close communication with sponsors, and sending post event reports.

Ideal candidate lives in the Los Angeles area and stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Pay is commission based only.

Duties include:

• Identify potential sponsors that align with the organization’s goals, mission and values.
• Crafting  sponsorship proposals tailored to each potential sponsor’s needs and interests
• Constant communication with sponsors to fulfill the sponsorship deliverables, before, during, and after the event
• Invoicing and follow through with sponsors to ensure timely payment
• Post-event reports (i.e. social media, impact etc.)
