We are seeking motivated and passionate interns to assist with a variety of tasks, including social media management, event planning, and other key projects. Preference to applicants residing in Webb County or South Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for LIA's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Assist field organizer in planning and organizing events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
• Support with administrative tasks and research for advocacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to help increase awareness about immigrant rights and services.
• Attend outreach events representing LIA and assist with volunteer recruitment
• Attend team and volunteer meetings
• Support in person events and engagements.
• Share critical resources with community.

Location: Must Reside in Webb County

Temp/ Part Time: 10-12 hours per week

Internship Timeline: April-July /August-December
