Mijente is seeking a Video Content Creator that is a passionate about storytelling and will create audio-visual digital content for all of Mijente’s social media and Mijente projects.

REQUIREMENTS
● Creative & Technical Skills: Strong videography (pre/post-production),
graphic design, and audio editing skills. Familiarity with platforms like CapCut,
Canva, Adobe, Procreate, and other digital tools. Understanding of GIFs,
stickers, and audiovisual formats. A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
● Organizational & Interpersonal Skills: Effective time management, ability to
multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure. Conflict resolution skills and
ability to maintain strong relationships. Open to feedback and committed to
skill development.
● Commitment & Logistics: Strong alignment with Mijente’s theory of change
and organizing model. Must have reliable high-speed internet and a newer
model laptop.
● Language: Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay is $3,000 per month. This is a part-time contract position with no benefits.
